Why are you changing the format? I liked the old site!

Change is good. The old download site was over 10 years old. In terms of web applications, that is many lifetimes. It was outdated, and nearly impossible to maintain and improve.

As you'll see, GET already has many advantages over the old site, and we plan on constantly upgrading and improving it. GET is compatible with the new delivery system Creators has been developing to ensure better and more reliable delivery of your features for years to come.

I really don't like the new Dashboard. I want the old format back.

We heard this one a lot. So much, in fact, that we built a different dashboard layout more similar to the old index.

To enable the alternate dashboard, go to your settings page and enable the "Classic Dashboard" option. Don't forget to hit Update! The dashboard should now have a list of all of your features like it used to.

Where is [X Feature] or [Y File Format]?

It's still there, trust us. GET is fully backward compatible with the old download site. All of the file formats you are used to are still here, and all the features you are used to are still functional.

Some features may look or behave slightly differently, but the differences should be improvements. Give them a chance, and if you're not satisfied let us know.

My account no longer has access to [Z column]!

During the transition to the new database format, we took the opportunity to do a delivery audit. Chances are, your company was no longer paying for that feature and you retained access to it through a clerical error on our part. Sorry!

If you're sure you should have access to that feature, please let us know and we will work it out.
